Purpose

autoMATHik is an educational app to train mathematical reflexes through exercises and step-by-step solutions.

Licence

Arboos grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app on your devices, subject to App Store and Google Play rules.

In-app purchases

Optional paid features may be offered. Payments are processed by Apple or Google; their terms apply in addition to these.

Intellectual property

The autoMATHik app, its content, trademarks and artwork remain the exclusive property of Arboos SASU or its licensors. Unauthorised reproduction is prohibited.

Liability

The app is provided “as is”. Arboos takes reasonable steps to keep it working, without guaranteeing uninterrupted availability or freedom from errors.

Arboos shall not be liable for indirect damages arising from use of the app.

Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Failing amicable resolution, disputes shall be brought before the courts of Arboos SASU’s registered office, subject to mandatory consumer protections.
