Purpose

Timeliner is a project-history app (events, milestones, tags, attachments) for personal or professional use.

User content

You retain ownership of content you enter. You warrant that you have the rights needed for any attached files.

Licence

Personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence, subject to App Store and Google Play terms.

Intellectual property

The Timeliner app, its content, trademarks and artwork remain the exclusive property of Arboos SASU or its licensors. Unauthorised reproduction is prohibited.

Liability

The app is provided “as is”. Arboos takes reasonable steps to keep it working, without guaranteeing uninterrupted availability or freedom from errors.

Arboos shall not be liable for indirect damages arising from use of the app.

Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Failing amicable resolution, disputes shall be brought before the courts of Arboos SASU’s registered office, subject to mandatory consumer protections.
